(EN)The present invention provides a TIG welding method for ferrite-based stainless steel plates which uses a double-shielded welding torch capable of supplying a first and second shield gas, and is capable of minimizing costs, increasing the shielding effect for suppressing oxidation, and achieving sufficient penetration depth. Ferrite-based stainless steel is subjected to TIG welding in which a mixture of argon gas and helium gas comprising 20-90 vol% helium gas is used as the first shield gas, the flow velocity S1 of the first shield gas is within the range of 0.175m/sec ≦ S1 ≦ 1.75m/sec, argon gas is used as the second shield gas, and the flow velocity S2 of the second shield gas is within the range of 0.05m/sec ≦ S2 ≦ 1.51m/sec.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de soudage TIG destiné à des plaques en acier inoxydable à base de ferrite qui utilise une torche de soudage à double protection pouvant apporter un premier et un second gaz de protection et qui peut réduire au minimum les coûts, augmenter l'effet de protection pour supprimer l'oxydation et atteindre une profondeur de pénétration suffisante. L'acier inoxydable à base de ferrite est soumis au soudage TIG dans lequel un mélange de gaz argon et de gaz hélium comprenant entre 20 et 90 % en volume de gaz hélium est utilisé comme premier gaz de protection, la vitesse d'écoulement S1 du premier gaz de protection est comprise dans la plage de 0,175 m/s ≦ S1 ≦ 1,75 m/s, le gaz argon est utilisé comme second gaz de protection, et la vitesse d'écoulement S2 du second gaz de protection est comprise dans la plage de 0,05 m/s ≦ S2 ≦ 1,51 m/s.
