Abstract
(EN) This injection device injects and fills the inside of a mold with a molding material, and increases the pressure. The injection apparatus is provided with a unit for a low speed step, a unit for a high speed step, a unit for a pressure increasing step, and an injection plunger. A rod of a first unit, which is any one of the three units, is mechanically coupled to the injection plunger. A rod of a second unit, which is one of the two units other than the first unit, is mechanically coupled to the first unit. A rod of a third unit, which is the unit other than the first and second units, is mechanically coupled to the second unit.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un appareil d'injection qui injecte une matière à mouler dans un moule et en remplit l'intérieur du moule et qui augmente la pression. L'appareil d'injection comporte une unité pour une étape à basse vitesse, une unité pour une étape à haute vitesse, une unité pour une étape avec accroissement de la pression, et un plongeur d'injection. Une tige d'une première unité, qui est l'une quelconque des trois unités, est accouplée mécaniquement au plongeur d'injection. Une tige d'une deuxième unité, qui est l'une des deux unités autres que la première unité, est accouplée mécaniquement à la première unité. Une tige d'une troisième unité, qui est une unité autre que les première et deuxième unités, est accouplée mécaniquement à la deuxième unité.
(JA)  射出装置は、成形材料を型内に射出して充填し、さらに増圧させる。射出装置は、低速工程用のユニットと高速工程用のユニットと増圧工程用のユニットと射出プランジャとを備える。3つのユニットのうちのいずれか一つである第1のユニットのロッドが射出プランジャに機械的に連結される。第1のユニット以外の二つのユニットのうちの一方である第2のユニットのロッドが、第1のユニットに機械的に連結される。第1及び第2のユニット以外のユニットである第3のユニットのロッドが、第2のユニットに機械的に連結されている。
