(EN)An Ni-based corrosion-resistant wear-resistant alloy is produced by: preparing a starting material powder by a melt spraying method, said starting material powder having a composition that contains 2.2-3.0% by weight of B, 3.0-5.0% by weight of Si, 18-25% by weight of Mo and 1-15% by weight of Cu, with the balance made up of Ni and unavoidable impurities and with the weight ratio of the Mo content to the B content being 7-9; and sintering the starting material powder.
(FR)L'invention concerne un alliage résistant à l'usure, résistant à la corrosion, à base de Ni, qui est obtenu par : préparation d'une poudre de matière de départ par un procédé de pulvérisation à l'état fondu, ladite poudre de matière de départ ayant une composition qui contient 2,2-3,0 % en poids de B, 3,0-5,0 % en poids de Si, 18-25 % en poids de Mo et 1-15 % en poids de Cu, le complément étant constitué de Ni et des impuretés inévitables et le rapport pondéral de la teneur en Mo à la teneur en B étant de 7-9; et frittage de la poudre de matière de départ.
