Weiterhin werden die Verwendung eines Kupferkomplexes als p-Dotierstoff und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines p-Dotierstoffs angegeben.
(EN) An organic electronic component is specified, comprising an organic functional layer with a p-type dopant, wherein the p-type dopant comprises a copper complex including at least one ligand that contains an aryloxy group and an iminium group. Furthermore, the use of a copper complex as a p-type dopant, and a method for the production of a p-type dopant is specified.
