Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Spindelantriebs für ein Verstellelement (1) eines Kraftfahrzeugs, wobei der Spindelantrieb entlang einer geometrischen Spindelantriebsachse (2) ein im Wesentlichen rohrförmiges Spindelantriebsgehäuse (3) und zwei Anschlüsse (4, 5) zum Ausleiten von Antriebsbewegungen aufweist, wobei mindestens ein Anschluss (4) des Spindelantriebs einen Anschlusskopf (4a) aufweist, der über einen gegenüber dem Anschlusskopf (4a) dünneren Anschlusshals (4b) mit dem Spindelantrieb im Übrigen verbunden ist. Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass eine Dichtkappe (6) für das Spindelantriebsgehäuse (3) mit einer Dichtöffnung (7) vorgesehen ist, dass zur Montage der Dichtkappe (6) in einem Montageschritt die Dichtkappe (6) mit ihrer Dichtöffnung (7) über den Anschlusskopf (4a) eines Anschlusses (4) des Spindelantriebs gezogen wird und dass dabei der Randbereich (7a) der Dichtöffnung (7) durch den Eingriff mit dem Anschlusskopf (4a) elastisch verformt und damit aufgeweitet wird und dass sich der Randbereich (7a) der Dichtöffnung (7) anschließend in kraftschlüssig abdichtenden Eingriff mit dem Anschlusshals (4b) elastisch zurückverformt.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a spindle drive for an adjusting element (1) of a motor vehicle, wherein, along a geometric spindle-drive axis (2), the spindle drive has a substantially tubular spindle-drive housing (3) and two connections (4, 5) for diverting drive movements, wherein at least one connection (4) of the spindle drive has a connection head (4a) which is otherwise connected to the spindle drive via a connection neck (4b) which is thinner than the connection head (4a). It is proposed that a sealing cap (6) for the spindle-drive housing (3) is provided with a sealing opening (7), that, for mounting of the sealing cap (6), the sealing cap (6) is pulled with the sealing opening (7) thereof over the connection head (4a) of a connection (4) of the spindle drive in a mounting step, and that in the process the edge region (7a) of the sealing opening (7) is deformed elastically and is therefore widened by the engagement with the connection head (4a), and that the edge region (7a) of the sealing opening (7) is subsequently deformed elastically back into the original state in non-positively sealing engagement with the connection neck (4b).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un entraînement à vis sans fin pour un élément de réglage (1) d'un véhicule automobile, ledit entraînement à vis sans fin présentant le long d'un axe géométrique d'entraînement à vis sans fin (2) un logement d'entraînement à vis sans fin (3) sensiblement tubulaire et deux raccords (4, 5) destinés à transmettre des mouvements d'entraînement, au moins un raccord (4) de l'entraînement à vis sans fin présentant une tête de raccordement (4a) qui est reliée par ailleurs à l'entraînement à vis sans fin par l'intermédiaire d'une gorge de raccordement (4b) plus mince que la tête (4a). L'invention prévoit un capuchon étanche (6) muni d'un orifice étanche (7) pour le logement de l'entraînement à vis sans fin (3), dans une étape de montage du capuchon étanche (6) de tirer le capuchon étanche (6) avec son orifice étanche (7) par dessus la tête de raccordement (4a) d'un raccord (4) de l'entraînement à vis sans fin ainsi que de déformer élastiquement et donc d'élargir la zone de bordure (7a) de l'orifice étanche (7) suite au contact avec la tête de raccordement (4a) puis de redéformer élastiquement la zone de bordure (7a) de l'orifice étanche (7) par l'engagement à force de manière étanche avec la gorge de raccordement (4b).
