Abstract
(EN) A method for rapidly measuring melatonin adulteration of Chinese patent medicines and healthcare foods comprises: (1) extracting melatonin added to a Chinese patent medicine or healthcare food by using ethyl acetate; and (2) adding (Dimethylamino)cinnamic acid to the extracted solution, and observing color. The method is rapid, simple and convenient, has strong specificity, high accuracy, reaction sensitivity, and a wide application range, and is applicable to on-site detection of melatonin adulteration of a Chinese patent medicine or healthcare food.
(FR) Procédé de détermination rapide du dopage par mélatonine contenue dans les aliments sains et dans les médicaments chinois brevetés consistant à : extraire avec de l'acétate d'éthyle la mélatonine contenue dans les aliments sains ou les médicaments chinois brevetés; et à ajouter à l'extrait un acide cinnamique diméthylamino pour observer la couleur. Ce procédé est rapide, simple, pratique, à fortes spécificité et précision tout en étant sensible, ce qui lui confère un large spectre d'applications, notamment pour déterminer s'il y a ou non ajout de mélatonine dans les aliments sains et les médicaments chinois brevetés.
(ZH) 一种中成药和保健食品中掺杂褪黑素的快速测定方法,包括(1)用乙酸乙酯提取中成药或保健食品中的褪黑素;(2)向提取液中加入对二甲基氨基肉桂酸,观察颜色。该方法快速、简便,专属性强、准确率高,反应灵敏,适用范围广,适用于现场检验中成药和保健食品中是否掺入了褪黑素。
