Abstract
(EN) The object of the present invention is to provide a flame hole unit structure of a pre-mixed gas burner, wherein a plurality of punching plates can be manufactured relatively easily and are stacked such that various shapes of flame holes are implemented in a three-dimensional manner whereby a pre-mixed gas burner can stably maintain flames in the wide range of operation and prevent combustion noise, and further, the pre-mixed gas burner is easily manufactured. To achieve this objective, the present invention provides a flame hole unit structure of a pre-mixed gas burner having a plurality of flame holes through which mixed gas of gas and air is sprayed to form flames, wherein: a plurality of flame hole plates are punched such that holes of a certain shape are arranged in predetermined patterns; and said plurality of the flame hole plates are stacked to form flame holes of different sizes and shapes.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un brûleur à gaz. Le but de la présente invention consiste à réaliser une structure unitaire de trous de flamme pour un brûleur à gaz prémélangé, dans lequel plusieurs plaques percées peuvent être fabriquées relativement facilement et sont empilées de telle sorte que diverses formes de trous de flamme sont créées dans une configuration tridimensionnelle, de sorte qu'un brûleur à gaz prémélangé peut entretenir des flammes de façon stable dans une large plage de conditions de fonctionnement et supprimer le bruit de combustion, et en outre, le brûleur à gaz prémélangé est facile à fabriquer. Pour atteindre cet objectif, la présente invention crée une structure unitaire de trous de flamme d'un brûleur à gaz prémélangé présentant une pluralité de trous de flamme à travers lesquels un gaz mélangé composé de gaz et d'air est pulvérisé pour former des flammes, et dans lequel plusieurs plaques à trous de flamme sont percées de telle sorte que les trous d'une certaine forme sont disposés dans des motifs prédéterminés ; et lesdites différentes plaques à trous de flamme sont empilées pour former des trous de flamme présentant différentes dimensions et différentes formes.
(KO) 본 발명은 제작방법이 비교적 쉬운 타공 플레이트를 복수로 적층 배치함으로써 여러 가지 형태의 염공형상을 입체적으로 구현할 수 있어 예혼합 가스 버너가 폭넓은 운전범위에서 안정적으로 화염을 유지할 수 있도록 함과 아울러 연소소음을 방지하며, 제작이 용이한 예혼합가스버너의 염공부 구조를 제공하고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 구현하기 위한 본 발명은, 가스와 공기의 혼합가스가 분사되어 화염이 형성되는 다수의 염공이 구비된 예혼합가스버너의 염공부 구조에 있어서, 일정한 형상의 구멍들이 일정한 패턴으로 배열되도록 타공된 복수의 염공플레이트가 구비되고; 상기 복수의 염공플레이트가 적층되어 서로 다른 크기와 형상을 가진 염공이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
