(EN)The present invention differentiates only irregularities on biological tissues of surface microstructures, hyperplasia, and the like. A blue signal (B), a green signal (G) and a red signal (R) are obtained by imaging, with a color CCD (44), a subject that has been illuminated by white light (W). A brightness signal (I) ((B+G+R)/3) representing the average brightness of the subject is generated on the basis of said signals (B, G, R). A pixel region exceeding a certain threshold value (Th1) of the brightness signal (I) is extracted as a surface microstructure (P) such as a pit pattern. A surface microstructure image (70) obtained according to the extracted surface microstructure (P) is displayed on a monitor (14).
(FR)La présente invention ne différencie que des irrégularités sur des tissus biologiques de microstructures de surface, l'hyperplasie et autres. Un signal bleu (B), un signal vert (V) et un signal rouge (R) sont obtenus par imagerie, à l'aide d'un CCD en couleur (44), d'un sujet qui a été éclairé par une lumière blanche (W). Un signal de luminosité (I) ((B+V+R)/3) représentant la luminosité moyenne du sujet est généré sur la base desdits signaux (B, V, R). Une région de pixels dépassant une certaine valeur seuil (Th1) du signal de luminosité (I) est extraite en tant que microstructure de surface (P), telle qu'un motif de puits. Une image de microstructure de surface (70) obtenue selon la microstructure de surface extraite (P) est affichée sur un moniteur(14).
