(EN)The invention relates to an anticorrosion treatment process in which applied to an oxidizable surface of a solid metal substrate is a liquid solution, referred to as treatment solution, comprising at least one alkoxysilane in a liquid aqueous-alcoholic composition, said treatment composition being suitable for being able to form, at the surface of the solid metal substrate, a hybrid matrix by hydrolysis/condensation of the alkoxysilane(s) characterized in that, before applying the treatment solution, said oxidizable surface of the metal substrate is brought into contact with an aqueous liquid solution, referred to as conversion solution, of at least one corrosion inhibitor, said at least one corrosion inhibitor being chosen from the group formed of cations of lanthanides and said oxidizable surface of the metal substrate is kept in contact with the conversion solution under conditions suitable for forming a conversion layer of at least one lanthanide bonded via at least one covalent bond to the oxidizable surface and spreading out at the surface of the metal substrate.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement anticorrosion dans lequel on applique sur une surface oxydable d'un substrat métallique solide une solution, dite solution de traitement, liquide comprenant au moins un alcoxysilane dans une composition hydro-alcoolique liquide, ladite composition de traitement étant adaptée pour pouvoir former en surface du substrat métallique solide, une matrice hybride par hydrolyse/condensation du(des) alcoxysilane(s), caractérisé en ce que, avant d'appliquer la solution de traitement, on met en contact ladite surface oxydable du substrat métallique avec une solution, dite solution de conversion, liquide aqueuse d'au moins un inhibiteur de corrosion, ledit au moins un inhibiteur de corrosion étant choisi dans le groupe formé des cations de lanthanides et on maintient en contact ladite surface oxydable du substrat métallique avec la solution de conversion dans des conditions propres à former une couche de conversion d'au moins un lanthanide lié par au moins une liaison covalente à la surface oxydable et s'étendant en surface du substrat métallique.
