Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schneckenpresse (1) mit einer Welle (4) und darauf angebrachter spiralförmigen Wendel (5), wobei die Wendel (5) im Einlassbereich (2) der Schneckenpresse (1) in eine frei auskragende Wendel (8) übergeht. Sie ist vornehmlich dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Einlassbereich (2) der Schneckenpresse (1) ein Rohr (9) vorgesehen ist. Dadurch kann einerseits die Siebfläche stark vergrößert, andererseits die Co-Rotation der Suspension mit der Welle verringert bzw. vermieden werden.
(EN) The invention relates to a screw press (1) comprising a shaft (4) and a spiral helix (5) provided thereon, wherein the helix (5) goes over in the inlet region (2) of the screw press (1) into a freely projecting helix (8). It is principally characterized in that a tube (9) is provided in the inlet region (2) of the screw press (1). As a result, on the one hand the screen area can be increased greatly in size, on the other hand the co-rotation of the suspension with the shaft can be reduced or avoided.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une extrudeuse à vis (1) comportant un arbre (4) et une hélice spiralée (5) placée dessus, l'hélice (5) se transformant, dans la zone d'admission (2) de l'extrudeuse à vis (1), en hélice (8) en porte-à-faux libre. Elle est essentiellement caractérisée en ce qu'un tube (9) est prévu dans la zone d'admission (2) de l'extrudeuse à vis (1). Ainsi, d'une part, la surface de tamis peut être largement augmentée et, d'autre part, la rotation conjointe de la suspension et de l'arbre peut être réduite ou évitée.
