(EN)The method for decoding an intra-picture prediction mode includes the steps of: determining whether the intra-picture prediction mode of a current prediction unit is identical to a first intra-picture prediction mode candidate or a second intra-picture prediction mode candidate based on bit information; and when the intra-picture prediction mode of the current prediction unit is identical to the first intra-picture prediction mode candidate and/or to the second intra-picture prediction mode candidate, determining whether the first intra-picture prediction mode candidate or the second intra-picture prediction mode candidate is identical to the intra-picture prediction mode of the current prediction unit on the basis of additional bit information, and decoding the intra-picture prediction mode of the current prediction unit.
(FR)La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé adapté pour décoder un mode de prédiction d'image Intra. Le procédé selon l'invention comprend les étapes consistant : à déterminer si le mode de prédiction d'image Intra d'un module de prédiction actuel est identique à un premier mode de prédiction d'image Intra candidat ou à un second mode de prédiction d'image Intra candidat, sur la base de données de bits ; et, quand le résultat de la détermination indique que le mode de prédiction d'image Intra du module de prédiction actuel est identique au premier mode de prédiction d'image Intra candidat et/ou au second mode de prédiction d'image Intra candidat, à déterminer si le premier mode de prédiction d'image Intra candidat ou le second mode de prédiction d'image Intra candidat est identique, ou non, au mode de prédiction d'image Intra du module de prédiction actuel, sur la base de données de bits supplémentaires ; et à décoder le mode de prédiction d'image Intra du module de prédiction actuel.
