(EN)The present invention relates to a novel coumarin derivative, to a method for preparing same, and to a multi-fluorescent substance which includes the coumarin derivative and is able to emit light using an LED light source. According to the present invention, since the multi-fluorescent substance containing the novel coumarin derivative has an optimal excitation wavelength band of 512 nm to 590 nm, it may emit light by using an LED light source and thus the intensity and stability of a signal may be improved. Also, compared with a known substance having coumarin fluorescence, since one molecule in the substance having coumarin fluorescence of the present invention has a plurality of fluorescent substances, the substance having coumarin fluorescence exhibits a high fluorescent reaction. Further, since fluorescence detection is possible even though an antibody is bound at a minimum to just the fluorescent molecule, the problem of a substance having coumarin fluorescence being bound at the binding site of the antigen of the antibody is solved. Moreover, according to the present invention, since the multi-fluorescent substance including the novel coumarin derivative may be suitable for use in a fluorescence-linked immunosorbent assay (FLISA) and a fluorescent immunochromatographic test (FICT) as an LED-based micro-fluorescent quantitative biosensor for diagnosis, diseases such as malaria may be rapidly and quantitatively analyzed.
(FR)Cette invention concerne un nouveau dérivé de coumarine, son procédé de préparation, et une substance multifluorescente le contenant et capable d'émettre de la lumière à l'aide d'une source lumineuse de type LED. Selon la présente invention, comme la substance multifluorescente contenant le nouveau dérivé de coumarine a une bande de longueur d'onde d'excitation optimale de 512 à 590 nm, elle peut émettre de la lumière par utilisation d'une source lumineuse de type LED et l'intensité et la stabilité d'un signal peuvent ainsi être améliorées. En plus, comparativement à une substance connue dotée d'une fluorescence conférée par la coumarine, comme une molécule de la substance dotée d'une fluorescence conférée par la coumarine selon la présente invention est constituée d'une pluralité de substances fluorescentes, elle manifeste une réaction fluorescente forte. En outre, comme la détection de la fluorescence est possible, même quand un anticorps est lié au minimum uniquement à la molécule fluorescente, le problème d'une substance dotée d'une fluorescence conférée par la coumarine liée au site de liaison de l'antigène de l'anticorps est résolu. De plus, selon la présente invention, comme la substance multifluorescente contenant le nouveau dérivé de coumarine se prête à une utilisation dans un dosage par immunosorbant lié à une fluorescence (FLISA) et à un dosage immunochromatographique fluorescent (FICT) à titre de biocapteur quantitatif micro-fluorescent à visée diagnostique à base de LED, des maladies comme la malaria peuvent être rapidement et quantitativement analysées.
(KO)본 발명은 신규한 코마린 유도체, 이의 제조방법 및 상기 코마린 유도체를 다수 포함하는 LED 광원에 의해 발광 가능한 다중 형광체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 신규한 코마린 유도체 다중형광체는 512 nm 내지 590 nm의 최적 여기 파장범위를 가지므로 LED 광원에 의해 발광이 가능하므로 신호의 세기 및 안정성이 개선된 효과를 나타낸다. 또한, 공지된 코마린 형광체와 비교하여 한 분자가 다수의 형광체를 가지게 되는 바. 높은 형광 반응을 나타내며, 항체에 최소한의 형광체 분자만 결합하더라도 형광 검출이 가능한바, 코마린 형광체가 항체의 항원과 결합하는 부위에 결합될 수 있는 문제를 해결하였다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 신규한 코마린 유도체 다중형광체는 LED 기반 진단용 미세형광정량 바이오센서로서 형광표지면역분석법(FLISA) 및 신속 형광 면역크로마토그래피법(FICT)에 적합하게 사용될 수 있는바 말라리아 등의 질환을 신속하고 정량적으로 분석할 수 있다.
