Abstract
(EN) [Problem] To exchange the roller bearing that has been used in a scroll compressor mounted in an automobile with a slide bearing. To provide a slide bearing having a performance that is at least equivalent to that of a roller bearing. [Solution] The slide bearing results from baking onto a back metal a sliding layer of 5-60 wt% graphite having an average diameter of 5-50 μm and a graphitization degree of at least 0.6, the remainder comprising a polyimide resin and/or a polyamide-imide resin. The form of the graphite has: (a) an average shape factor (Y­AVE) as defined of 1-4 for the particles excluding the minute particles that are no greater than 0.5 times the average diameter, and there being at least 70% by number of particles having a shape factor (Y) in the range of 1-1.5; or (b) graphite particles having a particle ratio of at least 0.5 being at least 50% of the total by number.
(FR) L'invention a pour but d'échanger le roulement à rouleaux qui a été utilisé dans un compresseur à spirale monté dans une automobile doté d'un palier lisse. L'invention a également pour but de proposer un palier lisse ayant une performance qui est au moins équivalente à celle d'un roulement à rouleaux. A cet effet, selon l'invention, le palier lisse résulte d'une cuisson sur un métal de support d'une couche de glissement de 5-60 % en poids de graphite ayant un diamètre moyen de 5-50 µm et un degré de graphitisation d'au moins 0,6, le reste comprenant une résine de polyimide et/ou une résine de polyamide-imide. La forme du graphite comporte : (a) un facteur de forme moyen (Y­MOY) tel que défini de 1-4 pour les particules à l'exclusion des particules minuscules qui ne sont pas supérieures à 0,5 fois le diamètre moyen, et au moins 70 % en nombre de particules ayant un facteur de forme (Y) se situant dans la plage de 1-1,5 étant présents ; ou (b) des particules de graphite ayant un rapport de particule d'au moins 0,5 représentant au moins 50 % du total en nombre.
(JA) 【課題】 自動車に搭載されるスクロールコンプレッサに使用されていたころがり軸受をすべり軸受に代える。ころがり軸受と同等以上の性能のすべり軸受を提供する。 【解決手段】 黒鉛-平均径が5~50μmであり、黒鉛化度が0.6以上であり、5~60重量%、残部ポリイミド樹脂及び/又はポリアミドイミド樹脂からなる摺動層を裏金上に焼成したすべり軸受。黒鉛の形状は、(イ)平均径の0.5倍以下である微粒子を除いた粒子の下記定義による平均形状係数(YAVE)が1~4であって、かつ形状係数(Y)=1~1.5の範囲の粒子が個数割合で70%以上であるか、あるいは(ロ)粒子比が0.5以上の黒鉛粒子が全体個数の50%以上存在する。
