Abstract
(EN) This method for manufacturing pneumatic tires, whereby green tires are formed, comprises: (a) an assembly step in which a laminated body is manufactured by offsetting ends (2a, 2b) in the width direction of an inner liner (2) and ends (3a, 3b) in the width direction of an unvulcanized rubber sheet (3) 50 mm to 500 mm from each other in the width direction, and bonding said inner liner and unvulcanized rubber sheet; (b) a cutting step in which strips (4) are manufactured by cutting the laminated body at a fixed length corresponding to the width of a drum (5); (c) a joining step in which a strip (4) is wound around the entire circumference of the drum (5) in such a manner that the cut surface of the strip is oriented in the circumferential direction of the drum (5), and the inner liner (2) is on the inside, and the positions of the ends (2a, 2b) of the inner liner (2), and the ends (3a, 3b) of the unvulcanized rubber sheet (3) are offset a fixed distance, and the ends are then joined.
(FR) Le procédé de fabrication de pneus d'après la présente invention permet de produire des pneus verts et comprend : (a) une étape de montage au cours de laquelle un corps stratifié est fabriqué en décalant les extrémités (2a, 2b) dans le sens de la largeur d'une gomme intérieure (2) et les extrémités (3a, 3b) dans le sens de la largeur d'une feuille de caoutchouc non vulcanisé (3) de 50 mm à 500 mm les unes des autres dans le sens de la largeur, puis en collant lesdites gomme intérieure et feuille de caoutchouc non vulcanisé ; (b) une étape de découpe au cours de laquelle des bandes (4) sont fabriquées en découpant le corps stratifié à une longueur fixe correspondant à la largeur d'un tambour (5), et ; (c) une étape d'assemblage au cours de laquelle une bande (4) est enroulée sur toute la circonférence du tambour (5) d'une manière telle que la surface découpée de la bande est orientée dans la direction circonférentielle du tambour (5), que la gomme intérieure (2) se situe sur le côté intérieur et que les positions des extrémités (2a, 2b) de la gomme intérieure (2) et des extrémités (3a, 3b) de la feuille de caoutchouc non vulcanisé (3) sont décalées à une distance fixe, puis les extrémités sont assemblées.
