Abstract
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to prevent biofouling of a reverse osmosis membrane in a water treatment device whereby biologically treated water containing ammonia nitrogen is treated using a reverse osmosis membrane unit. In the treatment device and treatment method according to the present invention, a chlorine-based chemical such as sodium hypochlorite is added to biologically treated water containing ammonia nitrogen and the ammonia nitrogen is allowed to react with the chlorine-based chemical at least for 3 minutes in a water tank. Thus, chloramines are formed in the biologically treated water to give an effective chlorine concentration of 2 ppm or higher and the chloramine-containing biologically treated water is supplied to the reverse osmosis membrane unit.
(FR) La présente invention vise à empêcher l'encrassement biologique d'une membrane à osmose inverse dans un dispositif de traitement d'eau, l'eau traitée biologiquement contenant de l'azote ammoniacal étant traitée à l'aide d'une unité à membrane à osmose inverse. A cet effet, la présente invention porte sur un dispositif de traitement et sur un procédé de traitement, dans lesquels un produit chimique à base de chlore tel que de l'hypochlorite de sodium est ajouté à de l'eau traitée biologiquement contenant de l'azote ammoniacal, et l'azote ammoniacal est amené à réagir avec le produit chimique à base de chlore pendant au moins 3 minutes dans un réservoir d'eau. Par conséquent, des chloramines sont formées dans l'eau traitée biologiquement, de façon à produire une concentration en chlore efficace de 2 ppm ou plus, et l'eau traitée biologiquement contenant des chloramines est acheminée à l'unité à membrane à osmose inverse.
(JA)  本発明は、アンモニア性窒素を含有する生物処理水を逆浸透膜装置によって処理する水処理装置において、逆浸透膜のバイオファウリングを低コストで予防することを目的とする。 本発明の処理装置及び処理方法では、アンモニア性窒素を含有する生物処理水に次亜塩素酸ナトリウムのような塩素系薬剤を添加し、貯水槽内で3分間以上アンモニア性窒素と塩素系薬剤を反応させる。そして、生物処理水中に有効塩素濃度2ppm以上となるようにクロラミンを生成させ、クロラミンを含有する生物処理水を逆浸透膜装置に供給する。
