The present invention relates to flexible polyurethane foams, the chemical composition of which incorporates polyol ethers with special properties, which in particular stoichiometric ratios confer on the resulting polyurethane foam enhanced properties of postural comfort, hysteresis, resilience, durability and vibration damping, in a wide range of densities and with excellent processability. The invention results in a range of flexible polyurethane foam formulations with which it is possible to produce comfort articles that are noteworthy in terms of seating and cushioning functions, allowing a surprising reduction in thickness and weight of the material obtained, thereby complying with the technical specifications of the vehicle. This reduction in weight leads, furthermore, to a reduction in consumption on the part of the vehicle and therefore less environmental pollution.

La presente invención se refiere a espumas flexibles de poliuretano que incorporan en su composición química poiioléteres con características especiales, que en unas relaciones estequiométricas particulares confieren, a la espuma de poliuretano obtenida características mejoradas de confort postura!, histéresis, resiliencia, durabilidad y amortiguación vibracional, en un amplio rango de densidades y con una excelente procesabilidad. La invención consigue una gama de formulaciones de espumas flexibles de pbliuretano con las que poder fabricar elementos de confort diferenciado en las funciones de asiento y colchón permitiendo una sorprendente reducción de espesor y peso del material obtenido, en cumplimentación de las especificaciones técnicas del vehículo. Esta reducción de peso repercute además en una reducción del consumo del vehículo y, por lo tanto, en una menor contaminación ambiental.

La présente invention concerne des mousses souples de polyuréthane qui comprennent dans leur composition chimique des polyol-éthers ayant des caractéristiques spéciales, qui dans des relations stœchiométriques particulières confèrent à la mousse de polyuréthane obtenue, des caractéristiques améliorées de confort postural, d'histérésis, de résilience, de durabilité et d'amortissement des vibrations, sur une plage étendue de densités et présentent une excellente aptitude à la mise en oeuvre. La présente invention présente une gamme de formulations de mousses souples de polyuréthane avec lesquelles il est possible de fabriquer des éléments de confort différencié relativement aux fonctions de siège et de matelas, permettant ainsi de réduire de manière surprenante l'épaisseur et le poids du matériau obtenu, en sus des spécifications techniques du véhicule. La réduction de poids se répercute également sur une réduction de la consommation du véhicule et par conséquent, aboutit à une moindre contamination de l'environnement.
