Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing and decorating the upper (2) and lower (3) surfaces of a transparent timepiece component (1), in which: a first decoration (A) is placed on a male model (9); the male model (9), optionally topped with a preform (6), is placed in an injection chamber (11) and a transparent material (13) is injected therein in order to cover the male model (9) and obtain a compound (14) comprising the above-mentioned upper face (2) and the first decoration (A) on the lower face (3) thereof; the compound (14) is polymerised in the injection chamber (11) and then removed therefrom; and another material (15) and/or a second decoration (C) is/are placed in a cavity (16), maintained therein under gravity and deposited on the upper face (2) by means of a relative movement according to the direction of gravity, such as to obtain a second compound (18).

Procédé de réalisation et de décoration de surfaces supérieure (2) et inférieure (3) d'un composant transparent horloger (1) : - on dépose un premier décor (A) sur un modèle mâle (9); - on amène dans une chambre d'injection (11) ledit modèle mâle (9) coiffé ou non par une préforme (6), on y injecte un matériau (13) transparent pour recouvrir ledit modèle mâle (9), pour obtenir un composé (14) comportant ladite face supérieure (2) avec ledit premier décor (A), sur ladite face inférieure (3); - on polymérise ledit composé (14) dans ladite chambre d'injection (11), puis on l'en retire; - on dépose un autre matériau (15) ou/et deuxième décor (C), dans une cavité (16) où celui-ci est maintenu par gravité, et on le dépose, sur ladite face supérieure (2) par un mouvement relatif selon la direction de la pesanteur, de façon à obtenir un deuxième composé (18).
