(EN)Disclosed in the invention is an insulator including an insulating surface. A part of the insulating surface is coated with a conductive paint having a special resistivity. The area coated with the conductive paint having the special resistivity and the area not coated with the conductive paint are configured so that no continuous conductive passage is formed between the upper and the lower hardware fittings in dry environments. The leakage current on the insulating surface caused by the area coated with the conductive paint having the special resistivity can prevent the insulating surface from reaching the temperature for icing in icing climate conditions. Also disclosed is a power transmission device using said insulator. In the icing climate conditions, the conductive paint can increase the surface leakage current of the insulator so as to prevent icing.
(FR)L'invention concerne un isolateur comprenant une surface isolante. Une partie de la surface isolante est recouverte d'une peinture conductrice ayant une résistivité spéciale. La surface revêtue de la peinture conductrice à résistivité spéciale et la surface non revêtue de la peinture conductrice sont configurées de manière à ne pas former de passage conducteur continu entre les dispositifs matériels supérieur et inférieur de fixation dans des environnements secs. Le courant de fuite sur la surface isolante, causé par la surface revêtue de la peinture conductrice à résistivité spéciale, peut empêcher la surface isolante d'atteindre la température de givrage dans les environnements climatiques givrants. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif de transmission électrique utilisant ledit isolateur. Dans un environnement climatique givrant, la peinture conductrice peut augmenter le courant de fuite superficiel de l'isolateur, afin d'empêcher le givrage.
