(EN)A method of producing fatty acid esters from a composition comprising glycerides and at least 10% by weight of free fatty acids (FFA), the method comprising incubating a plurality of micro- or nano-sized catalysing particles with the composition, to catalyse the conversion of FFA to fatty acid esters, such that at least 80% of the FFA are converted to fatty acid esters.
(FR)Cette invention concerne un procédé de production d'esters d'acides gras à partir d'une composition comprenant des glycérides et au moins 10 % en poids d'acides gras libres (FFA), le procédé comprenant l'incubation d'une pluralité de micro- ou de nanoparticules de catalyseur avec la composition, pour catalyser la conversion des FFA en esters d'acides gras, de façon qu'au moins 80 % des FFA soient convertis en esters d'acides gras.
