Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a polyester fiber having high tenacity and high elongation, which is used for a rope for anchorage, mooring, towage, etc. of a ship. More specifically, the present invention relates to a polyester fiber having the elongation of 6.8% or more at 50% of the maximum load (MBL) measured at room temperature, and a polyester fiber rope comprising the same. The polyester fiber of the present invention can secure excellent shape stability, mechanical properties and abrasion resistance as well as high tenacity and elongation. Thereby, it can be used to prepare the fiber rope which may minimize the yarn breaking even under the changes of external environments such as wild marine, severe ship rolling, etc., remarkably improve the shock absorption performance, maintain the performance as a rope after exposure to the long-term deformation, and thus secure the sufficient safety along with the excellent life time of rope.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte une fibre de polyester ayant une ténacité élevée et un allongement élevé, qui est utilisée pour une corde destinée à l'ancrage, à l'amarrage, au remorquage, etc. d'un bateau. La présente invention se rapporte plus spécifiquement à une fibre de polyester ayant l'allongement de 6,8 % ou plus à 50 % de la charge maximale (MBL) mesurée à température ambiante, et à une corde de fibres de polyester comprenant celle-ci. La fibre de polyester de la présente invention peut garantir une stabilité de forme, des propriétés mécaniques et une résistance à l'abrasion excellentes ainsi qu'une ténacité et un allongement élevés. Ainsi, elle peut être utilisée pour préparer la corde de fibres qui peut réduire au minimum la rupture de fil même lors des changements d'environnements extérieurs comme l'espèce marine sauvage, le fort roulis du bateau, etc., améliorer considérablement les performances d'absorption de chocs, maintenir les performances en tant que corde après exposition à la déformation à long terme, et garantir ainsi la sécurité suffisante avec l'excellente durée de vie de la corde.
