Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling the color of a film (polarizing film) which shows polarization characteristics by dyeing and aligning iodine and potassium on a base film using a continuous process, wherein the apparatus comprises a central control portion which predicts the color value of the polarizing film based on the information with respect to the characteristics of the input data measured from a device for measuring the concentration of iodine and potassium of a dyeing tank, a device for measuring the concentration of potassium of a complementary color tank, and thermometers of a device oven and a four-stage oven, and the characteristics of a PVA film injected into the continuous process, thereby controlling the temperature of the device oven and the four-stage oven and the amount of a composition to be injected into the dyeing tank and the complementary color tank.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil permettant de contrôler la couleur d'un film (film polarisant) qui montre des caractéristiques de polarisation par la coloration et l'alignement d'iode et de potassium sur un film de base à l'aide d'un procédé en continu. L'appareil comprend une partie de contrôle centrale qui prévoit la valeur de couleur du film polarisant sur la base des informations par rapport aux caractéristiques des données d'entrée mesurées par un dispositif permettant de mesurer la concentration en iode et potassium d'une cuve de coloration, un dispositif permettant de mesurer la concentration en potassium d'une cuve de couleur complémentaire, et des thermomètres d'un four de dispositif et d'un four à quatre étages, et les caractéristiques d'un film PVA injecté dans le procédé en continu, ce qui permet de contrôler la température du four du dispositif et du four à quatre étages et la quantité d'une composition devant être injectée dans la cuve de coloration et la cuve de couleur complémentaire.
(KO) 본 발명은 연속공정에 의해 기재필름에 요오드와 칼륨을 염착한 후 배향하여 편광 특성을 발휘하는 필름("편광필름")의 색상을 제어하는 장치로서, 염착조의 요오드와 칼륨 농도 측정기, 보색조의 칼륨 농도 측정기, 및 소자 오븐과 4단 오븐의 온도 측정기로부터 측정된 입력 데이터의 특성과 연속공정에 투입되는 PVA 필름의 특성에 대한 정보를 바탕으로 편광필름의 색상값을 예측하여, 소자 오븐 및 4단 오븐의 온도와 염착조 및 보색조에 투입되는 조성물의 투입량을 제어하는 중앙 제어부를 포함하는 구성으로 이루어진 편광필름 색상 제어장치를 제공한다.
