(EN)The present invention relates to a method for increasing plant resistance against drought stress, comprising the step of transforming a plant cell with a recombinant vector comprising the miR399 (microRNA 399) gene derived from Arabidopsis thaliana so as to overexpress the miR399 gene, a preparation method of a plant with increased resistance against drought stress when compared to wild plants, using a recombinant vector comprising the miR399 gene derived from Arabidopsis thaliana, a transgenic plant with increased resistance against drought stress when compared to wild plants, prepared by the method, and a composition for increasing the resistance of a plant against drought stress, containing a seed thereof and the miR399 gene derived from Arabidopsis thaliana.
(FR)Cette invention concerne un procédé pour accroître la résistance d'une plante au stress hydrique, ledit procédé comprenant l'étape de transformation d'une cellule végétale avec un vecteur recombiné comprenant le gène miR399 (micro-ARN 399) dérivé d'Arabidopsis thaliana de manière à surexprimer le gène miR399 ; un procédé de préparation d'une plante ayant une résistance accrue au stress hydrique comparativement à la plante sauvage, faisant appel à un vecteur recombiné comprenant le gène miR399 dérivé d'Arabidopsis thaliana ; une plante transgénique ayant une résistance accrue au stress hydrique comparativement à la plante sauvage, préparée par le procédé selon l'invention ; et une composition pour accroître la résistance d'une plante au stress hydrique, contenant une graine de celle-ci et le gène miR399 dérivé d'Arabidopsis thaliana.
