(EN)According to the present invention, a system for drying cans using near infrared rays and a control method thereof can irradiate an object with strong radiation energy using a near infrared ray heater while products are conveyed such that the moisture and oil components contained in the object are removed in a very short time, thereby carrying out rapid drying. In addition, near infrared rays having short wavelengths are radiated instead of carrying out heat convection. Therefore, the openness of a drying chamber is increased to allow for free design of facilities and the manufacturing costs of the facilities can be largely reduced. Furthermore, the heater operates using electricity such that the preparation time thereof decreases, and is only driven when an object approaches the heater such that electricity-consuming time may decrease while preventing the generation of harmful gas. The harmful gas which is generated from an object may be readily discharged such that the system is remarkably advantageous for the sanitation of an object to be dried.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un système de séchage de boîtes utilisant des rayons infrarouges proches et un procédé de commande de celui-ci, qui peut irradier un objet avec une énergie de rayonnement importante en utilisant un chauffage à rayons infrarouges proches tandis que des produits sont transportés, de telle sorte que les composants d'humidité et d'huile contenus dans l'objet sont éliminés en un temps très court, ce qui réalise un séchage rapide.
