Abstract
(EN) Provided is a novel surface-treated molybdenum compound powder; also provided are a prepreg, laminate, metal foil laminate, printed circuit board, and the like having a low thermal expansion coefficient in the direction of the surface and excellent drill processability, heat resistance, and flame retardancy. This surface-treated molybdenum compound powder is one where at least part of the surface is covered by an inorganic oxide, this being used as a filler.
(FR) L'invention concerne une nouvelle poudre de composé de molybdène traitée en surface ; l'invention concerne également un préimprégné, un stratifié, un stratifié de feuille métallique, une plaque à circuit imprimé et similaires ayant un faible coefficient de dilatation thermique dans la direction de la surface et une excellente aptitude au traitement de forage, une résistance à la chaleur et une capacité de retard de flamme. Cette poudre de composé de molybdène traitée en surface est une poudre où au moins une partie de la surface est recouverte par un oxyde inorganique, celui-ci étant utilisé comme charge.
(JA)  新規な表面処理モリブデン化合物粉体を提供するとともに、面方向の熱膨張率が低く、ドリル加工性・耐熱性・難燃性に優れるプリプレグ、積層板、金属箔積層板及びプリント配線板等を提供する。本発明の表面処理モリブデン化合物粉体は、無機酸化物で表面の少なくとも一部が被覆されたものであり、これを充填材として用いる。
