Abstract
(EN) Although a limp-home function is equipped in a conventional automobile power conversion control device, it has been impossible to reduce the size and weight thereof because six power supplies including transformers are required for the gate circuits of IGBT drive circuits and to meet demands for improving, for example, mountability and fuel consumption. A power semiconductor module and a drive circuit are constituted by three units of semiconductor modules and three units of drive circuits corresponding to three-phase AC currents, and power supply units are independently provided for the units of drive circuits, thereby enabling a limp-home function to be equipped and in addition enabling the number, size, and weight of the power supply units to be reduced.
(FR) Alors qu'une fonction de mode dégradé existe sur un dispositif de commande de conversion électrique classique pour automobile, il a été impossible de réduire la taille et le poids de celui-ci en raison du fait que six alimentations électriques avec transformateurs sont nécessaires pour les circuits de grille des circuits d'attaque à IGBT et pour répondre à l'exigence d'amélioration de l'aptitude au montage et de la consommation de carburant, par exemple. Un module semiconducteur de puissance et un circuit d'attaque sont formés de trois unités de modules semiconducteurs et de trois unités de circuits d'attaque correspondant aux courants triphasés, et des unités d'alimentation électrique indépendantes sont prévues pour les unités de circuits d'attaque, ce qui permet de réaliser une fonction de mode dégradé et en outre de réduire le nombre, la taille et le poids des unités d'alimentation électrique.
(JA) 従来の自動車用電力変換制御装置においてはリンプホーム機能を備えてはいるが、各IGBT駆動回路の各ゲート回路にトランスを含む電源が6個必要なことから小型化や軽量化ができなく、上記した様に搭載性向上や燃費向上等の要請にこたえることができなかった。パワー半導体モジュール及び駆動回路を3相の交流電流に対応して3個の単位半導体モジュールと3個の単位駆動回路より構成し、単位駆動回路の電源供給部をそれぞれ独立して設けたことによって、リンプホーム機能を備えた上に電源供給部を少なくでき小型化、軽量化が図れる。
