Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides an NC data creation assistance device which minimizes machining time and presents, to a user, a machining area combination plan for coarse machining which maximizes removal volume. As means for resolving the problem, using means which registers one or more area generation rules using an input screen in order to use the area generation rules to generate a machining area, means which uses the generated machining area to calculate a machining time and a removal volume which is a cutting volume, and the calculated machining time and removal volume, a combination plan for the machining area is calculated which minimizes the machining time and maximizes the removal volume.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un dispositif d'aide à la création de données de commande numérique (NC) qui rend minimal un temps d'usinage et présente, à un utilisateur, un plan de combinaison de zone d'usinage pour un usinage grossier qui rend maximal un volume d'enlèvement de matière. En tant que moyens de résolution du problème, un moyen d'utilisation qui enregistre une ou plusieurs règles de génération de zone à l'aide d'un écran d'entrée afin d'utiliser les règles de génération de zone pour générer une zone d'usinage, un moyen qui utilise la zone d'usinage générée pour calculer un temps d'usinage et un volume d'enlèvement de matière qui est un volume de coupe, et le temps d'usinage calculé et le volume d'enlèvement de matière, un plan de combinaison pour la zone d'usinage est calculé, lequel rend minimal le temps d'usinage et rend maximal le volume d'enlèvement de matière.
(JA)  本発明は、加工時間を最小化し、除去ボリュームを最大化する粗加工の加工領域組合せ案を利用者に提示するNCデータ作成支援装置を提供する。 この課題を解決するための手段として、入力画面を用いて、領域生成ルールを1つ以上登録し、領域生成ルールを用いて、加工領域を生成する手段と、生成した加工領域を用いて、加工時間と切削体積である除去ボリュームとを算出する手段と、算出した加工時間と除去ボリュームとを用いて、加工時間を最小にし、除去ボリュームを最大化する加工領域の組合せ案を算出する。
