Abstract
(DE) Ein Extruder (10) besitzt ein Extrudergehäuse (11), das zumindest zwei Gehäuseteile (12, 13) aufweist und in dem zum Extrudieren eines Mediums ein Förderkanal ausgebildet ist, in dem zumindest eine Förderschnecke angeordnet ist. Das Extrudergehäuse (11) ist mittels einer ersten Haltevorrichtung (20) lösbar auf einem Gestell (18) gehalten und die Förderschnecke ist an einem Wellenabschnitt (28) in lösbarer Weise mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung (26) verbunden. Dabei ist vorgesehen, dass die Gehäuseteile (12, 13) mittels einer zweiten Haltevorrichtung (22) relativ zueinander fixiert sind und dass das Extrudergehäuse (11) mittels einer dritten Haltevorrichtung (25) mit dem Gestell (18) verbunden und gegen ein Verschieben in Längsrichtung des Extrudergehäuses (11) gesichert ist. Bei gelöster erster (20) und dritter Haltevorrichtung (25) sind die Gehäuseteile (12, 13) als Einheit von dem Gestell (18) abnehmbar.
(EN) The invention relates to an extruder (10) which has an extruder housing (11). The housing has at least two housing parts (12, 13) and is provided with a delivery channel in order to extrude a medium, at least one screw conveyor being located in said channel. The extruder housing (11) is releasably retained on a frame (18) by means of a first retaining device (20) and a shaft section (28) of the screw conveyor is releasably connected to a drive device (26). According to the invention the housing parts (12, 13) are fixed relative to one another by means of a second retaining device (22) and the extruder housing (11) is connected to the frame (18) and secured against displacement in the longitudinal direction of the extruder housing (11) by means of a third retaining device (25). When the first (20) and third retaining device (25) are released, the housing parts (12, 13) can be removed as a unit from the frame (18).
(FR) Une extrudeuse (10) comporte un boîtier d'extrudeuse (11) comprenant au moins deux parties de boîtier (12, 13), ainsi qu'un canal de transport pour l'extrusion d'un milieu, au moins une vis de transport étant disposée dans le canal de transport. Le boîtier d'extrudeuse (11) est fixé amovible au moyen d'un premier dispositif de fixation (20) sur une structure (18) et la vis de transport est reliée amovible à un dispositif d'entraînement (26) sur une partie d'arbre (28).
