Abstract:
(EN) Compositions and methods for adoptive T cell therapy in treating a variety of disorders including cancer, infections, and autoimmune disorders are provided. Recombinant T cells expressing a universal immune receptor (UnivIR) that comprises an extracellular label binding domain, a transmembrane domain, and a cytoplasmic domain or otherwise an intracellular domain are utilized in said adoptive T cell therapies.
(FR) L'invention concerne des compositions et des procédés pour une thérapie lymphocytaire T adoptive dans le traitement d'une diversité de troubles comprenant le cancer, des infections et des troubles auto-immunitaires. Dans un mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne un récepteur immunitaire universel (UnivIR) qui comprend un domaine de liaison à marqueur extracellulaire, un domaine transmembranaire et un domaine cytoplasmique ou autrement un domaine intracellulaire, utilisés dans lesdites thérapies lymphocytaires T adoptives.
