In order to simplify devices by efficiently combining dissimilarities of respective steps used in an oil-containing wastewater treatment system, in a supply path of raw water produced from oil-containing wastewater, a separation tank for floating and separating an oil content, and downstream from the separation tank, a membrane filtration tank in which a membrane separation module produced from a hollow fiber membrane or a flat membrane is disposed therein and a diffuser for generating air bubbles is installed below the membrane separation module is disposed, and a supply pipe provided with a circulating pump in the middle thereof to supply the raw water from the separation tank to the membrane filtration tank, and a return pipe for returning unfiltered water containing the oil content and the air bubbles from the membrane filtration tank to the separation tank are provided.

Afin de simplifier les dispositifs en combinant efficacement les dissemblances d'étapes respectives utilisées dans un système de traitement des eaux usées contenant de l'huile, l'invention comprend, dans un chemin d'alimentation en eau brute produite à partir d'eaux usées contenant de l'huile, un réservoir de séparation permettant la flottation et la séparation du contenu d'huile, et en aval du réservoir de séparation, un réservoir de filtration par membrane dans lequel un module de séparation par membrane fabriqué à partir d'une membrane en fibres creuses ou d'une membrane plate est placé et un diffuseur pour produire des bulles d'air est installé en dessous du module de séparation par membrane, et un tuyau d'alimentation est doté d'une pompe de circulation en son milieu afin de fournir l'eau brute du réservoir de séparation au réservoir de filtration par membrane, et un tuyau de retour permettant de renvoyer l'eau non filtrée contenant l'huile et les bulles d'air du réservoir de filtration par membrane au réservoir de séparation.

含油排水処理システムに用いる各工程の相違を効率よく組み合わせて装置の簡素化を図る。 含油排水からなる原水の供給経路に、油分を浮上分離させる分離槽と、該分離槽の下流に、中空糸膜または平膜からなる膜分離モジュールを槽内に配置すると共に該膜分離モジュールの下方に気泡を発生させる散気装置を設置した膜濾過槽とを配置し、前記分離槽から前記膜濾過槽へ循環ポンプを介設して原水を供給する供給管と、該膜濾過槽から前記分離槽へ前記油分および気泡を含む未濾過水を返送する返送管を設けている。
