Abstract
(EN) A multifunctional visible intrauterine ring removing apparatus and the ring removing apparatus manufactured by the same. The method for manufacturing the multifunctional visible intrauterine ring removing apparatus comprises the following steps of: 1) preparing a required clamping instrument(1); and 2) setting an endoscope(2), wherein an passage(3) for the instrument is provided on the endoscope(2). The method of the invention is simple, easy to realize and low in cost. The ring removing apparatus of the invention is ingeniously designed and reasonably structured. When the situation of an intrauterine device is observed, the clamping instrument (1) can be inserted into an uterus through the passage (3) for the instrument to take out the intrauterine device or clean off foreign matters, thus realizing the operation under a visual situation, greatly reducing the surgery time, reducing the pain of a patient, reducing the dependence on the skill of a doctor, and improving the accuracy and the success rate of a surgery. Moreover, the endoscope (2) and the clamping instrument (1) can be conveniently combined and separated, the operation by the doctor and the cleaning and the disinfection of the endoscope (2) and the clamping instrument (1) are facilitated, and the cross infection is avoided.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de retrait d'anneau intra-utérin visible multifonctionnel et l'appareil de retrait d'anneau fabriqué par celui-ci. Le procédé pour fabriquer l'appareil de retrait d'anneau intra-utérin visible multifonctionnel comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : 1) préparer un instrument de serrage requis (1) ; et 2) installer un endoscope(2), dans lequel un passage(3) pour l'instrument est disposé sur l'endoscope(2). Le procédé de l'invention est simple, facile à réaliser et de faible coût. L'appareil de retrait d'anneau de l'invention est ingénieusement conçu et raisonnablement structuré. Lorsque la situation d'un dispositif intra-utérin est observé, l'instrument de serrage (1) peut être inséré dans un utérus à travers le passage (3) pour que l'instrument extraie le dispositif intra-utérin ou nettoie les matières étrangères, de manière à réaliser l'opération sous une situation visuelle, ce qui réduit grandement le temps de chirurgie, réduit la douleur d'un patient, réduit la dépendance vis-à-vis de la compétence d'un médecin, et améliore la précision et le taux de succès d'une chirurgie.
