The present invention relates to a method of fabricating a porous manganese oxide-based lithium absorbent. The method of fabricating the porous manganese oxide-based lithium absorbent includes: a step of mixing a reaction material for synthesizing lithium-manganese precursors with an inorganic binder to prepare a mixture; a step of molding the mixture; a step of thermally treating the molded mixture to fabricate a porous lithium-manganese precursor molded product; and a step of acidifying the porous lithium-manganese precursor molded product to change lithium ions into hydrogen ions. Here, in the thermal treatment process, a gas may be generated to form pores in the porous lithium-manganese precursor molded product. The porous manganese oxide-based lithium absorbent according to the present invention may be easily handled and provide more absorption reaction sites than an existing molded absorbent to improve lithium absorption efficiency.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un absorbant de lithium à base d'oxyde de manganèse poreux. Le procédé de fabrication dudit absorbant comprend une étape de mélange d'une matière de réaction pour synthétiser des précurseurs de manganèse-lithium avec un liant inorganique afin de préparer un mélange ; une étape de moulage du mélange ; une étape de traitement thermique du mélange moulé pour fabriquer un produit moulé à base du précurseur lithium-manganèse poreux ; et une étape d'acidification du produit moulé à base du précurseur lithium-manganèse poreux pour modifier des ions lithium en ions hydrogène. Lors du processus de traitement thermique, un gaz peut être généré pour former des pores dans le produit moulé à base du précurseur lithium-manganèse. L'absorbant de lithium à base d'oxyde de manganèse poreux selon la présente invention peut être facilement manipulé et engendre plus de sites de réaction d'absorption qu'un absorbant moulé existant pour améliorer l'efficacité d'absorption du lithium.

본 발명은 다공성 망간산화물계 리튬 흡착제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로, 리튬-망간산화물 전구체를 합성하기 위한 반응 원료를 무기바인더와 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 상기 혼합물을 성형하는 단계; 성형된 상기 혼합물을 열처리하여 다공성 리튬-망간산화물 전구체 성형체를 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 다공성 리튬- 망간산화물 전구체 성형체의 리튬 이온을 수소 이온으로 교환하기 위해 산처리하는 단계;를 포함하며, 상기 열처리 단계에서 가스가 발생하여 리튬-망간산화물 전구체 성형체에 기공을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 망간산화물계 리튬 흡착제의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의한 다공성 망간산화물계 리튬 흡착제는 취급이 용이하고, 기존의 성형된 흡착제에 비해 더욱 많은 흡착 반응 자리를 제공하여 리튬 흡착 효율이 높은 효과를 지니고 있다.
