A thermoforming device whereby, in the process from thermoform shaping to mold release, a shaped article can be only rapidly heated or both rapidly heated and then subjected to a cooling step, making it possible, in particular, to rapidly, efficiently, and continuously carry out thermoforming in which mold release is performed by carrying out a heat treatment at a high temperature equal to or greater than a pre-heating sheet temperature prior to shaping, the thermoforming device being characterized in comprising: a male/female forming die which is provided with a gas injection hole on a forming surface of either a male die or a female die and comprises a die (hereinafter referred to as an "injection die") endowed with a function for injecting a cooling gas and/or a heating gas and a space-shaping function for diffusing the injected gas over the entire surface of a shaped article, as well as another die (hereinafter referred to as a "holding die") corresponding thereto; and a means for introducing compressed gas into the injection die. The thermoforming device is further characterized by being configured such that the introduced gas is injected from the injection-die-forming surface, which is at a distance away from the shaped article, following the shaping of a resin sheet, and the shaped article held by the holding die is heated or cooled.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de thermoformage qui dans le cadre d'un processus de démoulage d'une forme de thermoformage, permet d'effectuer en continu de manière rapide et selon un rendement satisfaisant, un thermoformage dans lequel un corps formé est obtenu par une étape de chauffage rapide, ou de chauffage rapide et refroidissement simultané, et plus spécifiquement dans lequel le démoulage est effectué par traitement thermique sous une haute température supérieure ou égale à la température d'une feuille de préchauffage avant formage. Le dispositif de l'invention est équipé : d'un moule (ci-dessous, moule d'injection) dans lequel un orifice d'injection de corps gazeux est agencé dans la face de formage d'un moule de type femelle ou mâle, et qui est doté d'une fonction d'injection de corps gazeux pour refroidissement et/ou de corps gazeux pour chauffage, et d'une fonction de formage spatial destinée à diffuser un gaz injecté sur l'ensemble de la face de formage; d'un moule de formage femelle/mâle (ci-dessous, moule de conservation) constitué de l'autre moule correspondant au précédent; et d'un moyen d'introduction de corps gazeux sous-pression dans ledit moule d'injection. Le dispositif de l'invention est caractéristique en ce qu'il est configuré de manière à chauffer ou refroidir un corps formé conservé dans ledit moule de conservation, par injection d'un corps gazeux d'introduction par la face de formage du moule d'injection se trouvant à une distance de séparation du corps formé après formage d'une feuille de résine.

熱成形の賦形から離型の過程において、賦形体を高速で加熱し、あるいは高速で加熱すると共に冷却行程に賦し、特に賦形前の予熱シート温度以上の高温で熱処理を行って離型する熱成形を高速で効率良く連続的に行うことのできる熱成形装置であって、雌型と雄型の何れか型の成形面に気体噴射孔を設け冷却用気体と加熱用気体の少なくとも何れかを噴射する機能と、噴射気体を賦形体全面に拡散するための空間形成機能を持たせた型(以下噴射型と云う)とこれに対応する他の型(以下保持型と云う)からなる雌雄成形型、そして上記噴射型への圧縮気体導入手段を備え、樹脂シートの賦型後に賦型体から離反した距離にある噴射型成形面から導入気体を噴射させて上記保持型に保持されている賦形体を加熱又は冷却するように構成したことを特徴とする。
