Disclosed is a thermoplastic resin composition for impact absorbing members that is obtained by blending 1-200 parts by weight of an inorganic filler (C) to 100 parts by weight in total of 50-80 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin (A) and 20-50 parts by weight of a gummous polymer (B) having a reactive functional group, wherein: the thermoplastic resin (A) forms a continuous phase; the gummous polymer (B) having a reactive functional group forms a disperse phase; the inorganic filler (C) is dispersed in the continuous phase and/or the disperse phase; the thermoplastic resin composition contains, in the disperse phase (B) of the gummous polymer (B), greater than or equal to 10% by area of particles having particle sizes of 1-100 nm and formed of a compound produced by a reaction between the thermoplastic resin (A) and the gummous polymer (B); and the load-displacement curve at the time of subjecting a square pillar to high-speed compression under specific conditions has a rectangular waveform having high load and large displacement. The present invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition that: is suitable for impact absorbing members; is excellent in strength, rigidity, and heat resistance; and is resistant to breaking upon high-speed compression and can achieve a rectangular waveform having high load, even as a molded product having a simple shape.

L'invention concerne une composition de résine thermoplastique qui est constituée du mélange de 1 à 200 parties en masse d'une charge inorganique (C), pour 100 parties en masse de la somme de 50 à 80 parties en masse d'une résine thermoplastique (A), et de 20 à 50 parties en masse d'un polymère caoutchouteux (B) possédant un groupe fonctionnel réactif. La résine thermoplastique (A) forme une phase continue, le polymère caoutchouteux (B) possédant un groupe fonctionnel réactif forme une phase dispersée, et la charge inorganique (C) se disperse en phase continue et/ou en phase dispersée. La composition de l'invention comprend, dans la phase dispersée (B) du polymère caoutchouteux (B), 10% en surface de microparticules de diamètre particulaire de 1 à 100nm qui sont formées à partir d'un composé formé par réaction de la résine thermoplastique (A) et du polymère caoutchouteux (B). Plus précisément, l'invention concerne une composition de résine thermoplastique pour élément d'absorption de chocs dans laquelle une courbe de charge/déplacement prend la forme d'une onde rectangulaire de grande charge / grand déplacement, lorsqu'un prisme est soumis à une compression rapide sous des conditions spécifiques. Ainsi, l'invention fournit une composition de résine thermoplastique adaptée à un élément d'absorption de chocs, qui est excellente en termes de robustesse, de rigidité et de résistance à la chaleur, qui est peu susceptible de rompre lors d'une compression rapide, y compris dans le cas d'un article moulé de forme simple, et qui permet de réaliser une onde rectangulaire de grande charge.

熱可塑性樹脂(A)50~80重量部と反応性官能基を有するゴム質重合体(B)20~50重量部の合計100重量部に対し、無機充填材(C)1~200重量部を配合してなり、熱可塑性樹脂(A)が連続相、反応性官能基を有するゴム質重合体(B)が分散相を形成し、無機充填材(C)が連続相および/または分散相に分散し、ゴム質重合体(B)の分散相(B)中に、熱可塑性樹脂(A)とゴム質重合体(B)の反応により生成した化合物により形成される粒子径1~100nmの微粒子を10面積%以上含有する熱可塑性樹脂組成物であって、特定の条件により角柱を高速圧縮した際の荷重-変位曲線が高荷重・高変位の矩形波となる衝撃吸収部材用熱可塑性樹脂組成物。本発明は、強度、剛性、耐熱性に優れ、単純形状の成形品においても、高速圧縮時に破壊しにくく高荷重の矩形波を発現させることができる、衝撃吸収部材に適した熱可塑性樹脂組成物を提供する。
