This collector device (16) for a nonwoven fabric manufacturing device (10) electrostatically attracts to the surface (Sa) of a substrate sheet (S) fibers in a state charged to a first polarity, and accumulates these. This collector device (16) is provided with: an electrode (22) which is arranged facing the back surface (Sb) of the substrate sheet (S) at an interval, and to which a voltage of a second polarity opposite of the first polarity is applied or which is grounded; and multiple charge holding members (26) which are arranged between the substrate sheet (S) and the electrode (22) and which randomly and repeatedly contact with and separate from the back surface (Sb) of the substrate sheet (S).

L'invention porte sur un dispositif collecteur (16) pour un dispositif de fabrication de tissu non tissé (10), qui attire de façon électrostatique vers la surface (Sa) d'une feuille de substrat (S) des fibres dans un état chargé à une première polarité, et accumule celles-ci. Le dispositif collecteur (16), comporte : une électrode (22), qui est agencée tournée vers la surface arrière (Sb) de la feuille de substrat (S) à un intervalle, et à laquelle une tension d'une seconde polarité opposée à la première polarité est appliquée ou qui est mise à la terre ; et de multiples éléments de maintien de charge (26) qui sont agencés entre la feuille de substrat (S) et l'électrode (22) et qui viennent au contact et se séparent de façon aléatoire et répétée de la surface arrière (Sb) de la feuille de substrat (S).
