Um ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Filtervorrichtung zur Reinigung eines mit Nasslack-Overspray beladenen Rohgasstroms, bei welchem Nasslack-Overspray an mindestens einem Filterelement zum Abtrennen des Nasslack-Oversprays aus dem Rohgasstrom abgeschieden wird, wobei ein Filterhilfsmaterial zumindest einen Teil des Nasslack-Oversprays aufnimmt, und bei welchem mit Nasslack-Overspray beladenes Filterhilfsmaterial in einem Filterhilfsmaterialaufnahmebehälter gesammelt wird, zu schaffen, bei welchem ein effizienter und kostensparender, möglichst später Austausch von Filterhilfsmaterial stattfinden kann, wird vorgeschlagen, dass während des Betriebs der Filtervorrichtung mindestens eine physikalische und/oder chemische Eigenschaft eines Anteils des im Filterhilfsmaterialaufnahmebehälter gesammelten Filterhilfsmaterials gemessen wird.

The aim of the invention is to provide a method for operating a filter device for cleaning a crude gas flow loaded with wet paint overspray, according to which wet paint overspray is deposited on at least one filter element in order to separate the wet paint overspray from the crude gas flow, an auxiliary filter material absorbing at least part of the wet paint overspray, and auxiliary filter material loaded with wet paint overspray is collected in an auxiliary filter material receiving container, said method enabling the auxiliary filter material to be replaced as late as possible in an efficient and cost-saving manner. To this end, during the operation of the filter device, at least one physical and/or chemical property of a portion of the auxiliary filter material collected in the auxiliary filter material receiving container is measured.

L'objet de l'invention est d'obtenir un procédé de commande d'un dispositif filtrant permettant d'épurer un flux de gaz brut chargé d'un d'excès de projection de peinture humide, selon lequel l'excès de projection de peinture humide présent sur au moins un élément filtrant est séparé pour éliminer l'excès de projection de peinture humide du flux de gaz brut, un matériau auxiliaire de filtration absorbant au moins une partie de l'excès de projection de peinture humide, et selon lequel le matériau auxiliaire de filtration chargé de l'excès de projection de peinture humide est collecté dans un récipient de réception de matériau auxiliaire de filtration, et il est possible de réaliser un remplacement du matériau auxiliaire de filtration de manière efficace et économique, et le plus tard possible. A cet effet, pendant le fonctionnement du dispositif filtrant, on mesure au moins une propriété physique et/ou chimique de la portion de matériau auxiliaire de filtration collecté dans ledit récipient de réception.
