[Problem] To provide a property measuring device for an object to be measured and a method therefor, the device capable of extracting an electric signal that is a measuring object from an electromagnetic field noise generated from an acoustic wave generation source, or the like with a high degree of reliability even in the case of continuous waves while maintaining high spatial resolution by using acoustic waves as an object property measuring means. [Solution] This property measuring device (100) for an object to be measured is provided with: an acoustic wave application unit (40) which is disposed apart from an object to be measured (90) and applies amplitude-modulated acoustic waves; a receiving unit (50) which receives electromagnetic fields generated by applying the acoustic waves to the object to be measured (90); and a measuring unit (60) which, on the basis of the measurement of at least one type selected from the group consisting of the strength, phase, and frequency of the electromagnetic fields, extracts at least one type of property selected from the group consisting of the electric property, magnetic property, electromechanical property and magnetomechanical property of the object to be measured (90).

L'invention vise à fournir un dispositif de mesure de propriété pour un objet à mesurer et un procédé pour celui-ci, le dispositif étant apte à extraire un signal électrique qui est un objet de mesure à partir d'un bruit de champ électromagnétique généré par une source de génération d'onde acoustique, ou similaire, ayant un degré élevé de fiabilité même dans le cas d'ondes continues, tout en maintenant une résolution spatiale élevée par utilisation d'ondes acoustiques en tant que moyen de mesure de propriété d'objet. A cet effet, selon l'invention, ce dispositif de mesure de propriété (100) pour un objet à mesurer comporte : une unité d'application d'onde acoustique (40) qui est disposée à l'écart d'un objet à mesurer (90) et applique des ondes acoustiques modulées en amplitude ; une unité de réception (50) qui reçoit des champs électromagnétiques générés par application des ondes acoustiques à l'objet à mesurer (90) ; et une unité de mesure (100) qui, sur la base de la mesure d'au moins un type choisi dans le groupe constitué par l'intensité, la phase et la fréquence des champs électromagnétiques, extrait au moins un type de propriété choisi dans le groupe constitué par la propriété électrique, la propriété magnétique, la propriété électromécanique et la propriété magnétomécanique de l'objet à mesurer (90).

【課題】物体の特性測定手段として音波を利用することによって高い空間分解能を維持しつつ、仮に連続波であっても音波発生源の発生する電磁場ノイズ等から測定対象となる電気信号を確度高く抽出することのできる被測定対象の特性測定装置及びその方法を提供する。 【解決手段】本発明の1つの被測定対象の特性測定装置100は、被測定対象90から離れて配置される、振幅変調された音波を照射する音波照射部40と、その音波が被測定対象90に対して照射されることによって発生する電磁場を受信する受信部50と、その電磁場の強度、位相、及び周波数からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の測定に基づいて、被測定対象90の電気特性、磁気特性、電気機械特性、及び磁気機械特性からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の特性を抽出する測定部60とを備えている。
