A fluidized bed drying facility is equipped with: a fluidized bed drying device (102) that dries lignite (101); a generated steam line (L1) that discharges water-saturated generated steam (104), which is generated when drying is performed by a heat transfer member (103), to the exterior of the fluidized bed drying device (102); an electrical dust collection device (105) that removes powder dust in the generated steam (104); a heat recovery system steam turbine (145) that is interposed downstream from the electrical dust collection device (105) and recovers heat from the generated steam (104); a branch line (L2) that supplies fluidizing steam (107); a cooler (110) that cools the material (drying lignite) being dried; a hot water spraying device (140) that is provided in the generated steam line between the electrical dust collection device (105) and the steam turbine (145), and that supplies hot water (142) at a temperature higher than or equal to the saturation temperature to the generated steam (104) from which dust has been collected; and a collection device (141) that collects and removes powder dust remaining in the sprayed water.

L'invention concerne une installation de séchage à lit fluidisé équipée de : un dispositif de séchage à lit fluidisé (102) qui sèche du lignite (101) ; une conduite de vapeur produite (L1) qui évacue de la vapeur produite saturée d'eau (104), qui est produite lorsque le séchage est exécuté par un élément de transmission de chaleur (103), à l'extérieur du dispositif de séchage à lit fluidisé (102) ; un dispositif collecteur de poussière électrique (105) qui élimine la poussière pulvérulente contenue dans la vapeur produite (104) ; une turbine à vapeur de système de récupération de chaleur (145) qui est interposée en aval du dispositif collecteur de poussière électrique (105) et qui récupère de la chaleur de la vapeur produite (104) ; une conduite dérivée (L2) qui fournit de la vapeur de fluidisation (107) ; un refroidisseur (110) qui refroidit la matière (le lignite à sécher) en cours de séchage ; un dispositif pulvérisateur d'eau chaude (140) qui est placé dans la conduite de vapeur produite entre le dispositif collecteur de poussière électrique (105) et la turbine à vapeur (145), et qui fournit de l'eau chaude (142) à une température supérieure ou égale à la température de saturation de la vapeur produite (104), d'où la poussière a été collectée ; et un dispositif collecteur (141) qui collecte et élimine la poussière pulvérulente qui reste dans l'eau pulvérisée.
