Abstract
(EN)
An exhaust gas cooling device, which cools exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine mounted on a vehicle through heat exchange between the exhaust gas and a coolant, includes: a plurality of tubes (52) through which the exhaust gas flows; a tubular shell (51) which houses the plurality of tubes (52) and is configured to allow the coolant to flow therethrough; and a header plate (53) disposed at an end portion in the shell (51) to prevent the coolant from flowing out of the shell (51). The header plate (53) includes support holes in which end portions of the plurality of the tubes (52) are fitted and supported, and each of axial end faces of the plurality of tubes (52) is located in the corresponding support hole at a position between both ends of the header plate (53) in a thickness direction of the header plate (53).

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de refroidissement de gaz d'échappement, qui refroidit les gaz d'échappement d'un moteur à combustion interne monté sur un véhicule, par échange de chaleur entre les gaz d'échappement et un liquide de refroidissement, le dispositif comprenant : une pluralité de tubes (52) à travers lesquels les gaz d'échappement circulent ; une gaine tubulaire (51) qui loge la pluralité de tubes (52) et au travers de laquelle s'écoule le liquide de refroidissement ; et une plaque de collecteur (53) disposée sur une partie d'extrémité dans la gaine (51) pour empêcher le liquide de refroidissement de sortir de la gaine (51). La plaque de collecteur (53) comprend des trous de support dans lesquels les parties d'extrémité de la pluralité de tubes (52) sont insérées et supportées, et chacune des faces d'extrémité axiales de la pluralité de tubes (52) est située dans le trou de support correspondant à un emplacement entre les deux extrémités de la plaque de collecteur (53) dans un sens d'épaisseur de la plaque de collecteur (53).
