The invention relates to a modular roof for buildings which, in addition to serving as a roof, acts a solar thermal collector that is very well integrated into the architecture, said roof combining two functional elements into a single element with the resulting savings not only in terms of energy but also construction materials. For this purpose, the invention is formed by a high-density insulating panel, the dimensions of which match the intended size the module. A series of parallel strips are provided on the aforementioned panel, which are made from the same or a similar material as the panel, said strips being spaced apart to allow for the positioning of respective tubes that correspond to a hydraulic circuit. The ends of the tubes terminate at the respective collectors and are associated with a solar absorber which is screwed to intermediate plates. In addition, batons are located on the aforementioned absorber and transparent roof tiles are affixed to said batons using clips positioned so as to correspond to the valleys of the tiles.

La invención se refiere a una cubierta modular para edificios, que además de cumplir su función como tal cubierta, cumple la función de captador solar térmico, proporcionando un alto nivel de integración arquitectónica, que combina además dos elementos funcionales en uno solo, con el consecuente ahorro tanto energético como en materiales de construcción. Para ello, está constituida por una placa de naturaleza aislante de alta densidad, dimensionalmente acorde con el tamaño previsto para el módulo, situándose sobre la misma una serie de tiras paralelas a las mismas y del mismo o similar material que la placa aislante, tiras que dejan entre si espacios para la ubicación de respectivos tubos correspondientes a un circuito hidráulico, rematados por sus extremos en los respectivos colectores y asociados a un absorbedor solar, el cual se fija también mediante tornillos a las pletinas intermedias, situándose sobre dicho absorbedor rastreles a los que se fijan las tejas de la cubierta, de naturaleza transparente, con la colaboración de clips situados en correspondencia con las ondas inferiores de las tejas.

L'invention concerne un recouvrement modulaire pour édifices qui, en plus de faire office de recouvrement, sert de capteur solaire thermique, ledit recouvrement produisant un niveau élevé d'intégration d'architectonique qui combine deux éléments fonctionnels en un seul, parallèlement à des économies conséquentes tant énergétiques que sur les coûts des matériaux de construction. L'invention comprend un panneau naturel isolant à haute densité, dont les dimensions sont conformes à la taille prévue pour le module, une série de bandes parallèles entre elles et d'un matériau identique ou similaire à celui du panneau isolant se trouvant sur ledit panneau. Les bandes laissent entre elles des espaces pour le placement de tubes respectifs correspondants à un circuit hydraulique, se terminant au niveau de leurs extrémités en collecteurs respectifs et étant associés à un absorbeur solaire. Ce dernier est fixé au moyen de vis aux plateaux intermédiaires. Sur ledit absorbeur, se trouvent des cales auxquelles sont fixées des tuiles de recouvrement, de nature transparente, au moyen de clips situés en correspondance avec les ondes inférieures des tuiles.
