The present invention relates to a lighting device (10), comprising a circuit board (4) and a LED lighting chip (1) provided on one side of the circuit board (4), characterized by, further comprising a phosphor layer (5) arranged to enclose the LED lighting chip (1), wherein the phosphor layer (5) has different thicknesses at different light emergence angles. The lighting device according to the present invention can achieve significantly improved CCT uniformity.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'éclairage (10), comprenant une carte de circuit imprimé (4) et une puce d'éclairage à DEL (1) prévue sur un côté de la carte de circuit imprimé (4), le dispositif étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une couche de substance fluorescente (5) conçue pour enfermer la puce d'éclairage à DEL (1), la couche de substance fluorescente (5) présentant des épaisseurs différentes à différents angles d'émergence de lumière. Le dispositif d'éclairage selon la présente invention peut atteindre une uniformité de CCT améliorée.
