Abstract

A method of installing a solar module assembly to a solar module installation site includes adhering a plurality of solar modules on a rail of the solar module assembly. The solar module assembly is installed onto a racking system of the solar module installation site. The method includes loading the plurality of solar modules and/or the rail on an assembly system. Adhesive is automatically applied to the solar modules and/or the rail. At least one of the rail and the solar modules are moved toward the other until the adhesive is in contact with the solar modules and the rail to adhere the rail to the solar modules. The method also includes engaging the rail with the racking system of a solar module installation site to support the module on the racking system.

L'invention porte sur un procédé d'installation d'un ensemble de modules solaires sur un site d'installation de module solaire, lequel procédé met en œuvre l'adhérence d'une pluralité de modules solaires sur un rail de l'ensemble de modules solaires. L'ensemble de modules solaires est installé sur un système de râtelier du site d'installation de module solaire. Le procédé met en œuvre le chargement de la pluralité de modules solaires et/ou du rail sur un système d'assemblage. Un adhésif est automatiquement appliqué sur les modules solaires et/ou sur le rail. Au moins l'un parmi le rail et les modules solaires sont déplacés vers l'autre jusqu'à ce que l'adhésif soit en contact avec les modules solaires et le rail de façon à faire adhérer le rail aux modules solaires. Le procédé met également en œuvre la prise du rail avec le système de râtelier d'un site d'installation de module solaire afin de supporter le module sur un système de râtelier.
