Provided are a host material for a blue phosphor, and an organic thin film and an organic light-emitting device including the same. The host material for a blue phosphor is such that a carbazole compound is bonded around a central atom, wherein the central atom is a Group 14 element, and the carbazole compound bonded around the central atom is 3 or 4, wherein the carbazole compound includes carbazole in which an alkyl group is substituted. The host material for a blue phosphor has high triplet energy (ET) and excellent electrical mobility and thermal stability. As a result, the organic thin film, which includes the host material, and the organic light-emitting device, which includes the organic thin film, implement a deep blue color and have excellent luminous efficiency.

Cette invention concerne un matériau hôte pour phosphore bleu, un film organique mince et un dispositif électroluminescent organique le contenant. Le matériau hôte pour phosphore bleu est ainsi constitué qu'un composé de carbazole est lié autour d'un atome central, l'atome central est un élément du Groupe 14, et le composé de carbazole lié autour de l'atome central est 3 ou 4, le composé de carbazole comprenant un carbazole contenant un groupe alkyle substitué. Le matériau hôte pour phosphore bleu a une énergie d'état triplet (ET) élevée et une excellente mobilité électrique et stabilité thermique. En conséquence, le film organique mince, qui contient le matériau hôte, et le dispositif électroluminescent organique, qui contient le film organique mince, mettent en œuvre une couleur bleue profonde et ont un excellent rendement lumineux.

청색 인광용 호스트 물질, 이를 포함하는 유기 박막 및 유기 발광 소자가 제공된다. 상기 청색 인광용 호스트 물질은 중심원자의 주변에 카바졸 화합물이 결합되고, 상기 중심원자는 14족 원소이며, 상기 중심원자의 주변에 결합된 카바졸 화합물은 3개 또는 4개이고, 상기 카바졸 화합물은, 알킬기가 치환된 카바졸을 포함한다. 상기 청색 인광용 호스트 물질은 높은 삼중항 에너지(ET)를 가지면서 전기 이동도 및 열적 안정성 등이 우수하다. 이에 따라, 상기 호스트 물질을 포함하는 유기 박막, 및 상기 유기 박막을 포함하는 유기 발광 소자는 진한 청색(deep blue)을 구현하면서 우수한 발광효율을 가질 수 있다.
