The present invention relates to a ball hinge which can be freely rotated in various directions and maintain a fixed state. A ball hinge (20) is rotatably installed in a hinge housing (10). A first hinge resistor (50) and a second hinge resistor (30) are elastically supported with respect to each other by a second spring (40). The second hinge resistor (30) is closely attached to a circumference at a side of a globule (21) of the ball hinge (20). The first hinge resistor (50) is elastically supported by a first spring (60) disposed on a top surface of a hinge housing cap (70) coupled to a lower portion of the hinge housing (10). A groove (23) is formed in the bottom of the ball hinge (20). Thus, when the ball hinge is disposed in its regular position, the first hinge resistor (50) is lifted in position by the height of the groove (23) in a globular shape. As a result, the ball hinge (20) applies a weak compression force to the first spring (60) elastically supporting the first hinge resistor (50). If the ball hinge (20) is tilted, the globule (21) outside the groove (23) pushes the first hinge resistor (50) according to a rotated degree of the globule (21) outside the groove (23) to generate a strong compression force through the first spring (60). A compression force opposite to the compression force of the first hinge resistor (50) is applied to the second hinge resistor (30) to change a fixing force of the ball hinge according to the position of the ball hinge.

La présente invention concerne une articulation à rotule qui peut tourner librement dans différentes directions et maintenir un état de fixation. Une articulation à rotule (20) est placée rotative dans un boîtier d'articulation (10). Une première résistance d'articulation (50) et une seconde résistance d'articulation (30) sont supportées élastiquement l'une par rapport à l'autre par un second ressort (40). La seconde résistance d'articulation (30) est étroitement fixée sur une circonférence d'un côté d'une rotule (21) de l'articulation à rotule (20). La première résistance d'articulation (50) est supportée élastiquement par un premier ressort (60) disposé sur une surface supérieure d'un chapeau de boîtier d'articulation (70) qui est couplé à une partie inférieure du boîtier d'articulation (10). Une rainure (23) est formée dans le fond de l'articulation à rotule (20). Ainsi, lorsque l'articulation à rotule est placée dans sa position normale, la première résistance d'articulation (50) est soulevée de la valeur de la hauteur de la rainure (23) suivant une forme de rotule. De ce fait, l'articulation à rotule (20) applique une faible force de compression au premier ressort (60) qui supporte élastiquement la première résistance d'articulation (50). Lorsque l'articulation à rotule (20) est basculée, la rotule (21), hors de la rainure (23), pousse la première résistance d'articulation (50) en fonction de la rotation de la rotule (21) en dehors de la rainure (23), afin d'appliquer une force élevée de compression à l'aide du premier ressort (60). Une force de compression opposée à la force de compression de la première résistance d'articulation (50) est appliquée à la seconde résistance d'articulation (30) afin de modifier la force d'immobilisation de l'articulation à rotule en fonction de la position de celle-ci.

본 발명은 여러 방향으로 자유롭게 회전하여 고정상태를 유지할 수 있는 볼힌지 구조에 관한 것이며, 힌지하우징(10)의 내부에 볼힌지(20)가 회동가능하게 설치되고, 제1힌지레지스터(50)와 제2힌지레지스터(30)가 제2스프링(40)에 의해 서로 탄력지지되며, 제2힌지레지스터(30)는 볼힌지(20)의 구체(21) 일측 둘레에 밀착되고, 제1힌지레지스터(50)는 힌지하우징(10) 하부에 결합되는 힌지하우징캡(70)의 상면에 설치되는 제1스프링(60)에 의해 탄력지지되며, 볼힌지(20)의 저부에 홈부(23)가 형성되어 정위치에 있을 때 제1힌지레지스터(50)의 위치가 구형에서 홈부(23)의 높이만큼 올라오게 되어 볼힌지(20)가 제1힌지레지스터(50)를 탄력지지하는 제1스프링(60)에 약한 압축력이 작용하나 볼힌지(20)가 기울어지면 홈부(23) 외의 구체(21)가 회전정도에 따라 제1힌지레지스터(50)를 눌러 제1스프링(60)의 강한 압축력이 발생하게 구성되고, 제2힌지레지스터(30)는 제1힌지레지스터(50)의 압축력과 반대의 압축력이 작용하여 위치에 따른 볼힌지의 고정력이 달라지도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
