Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides various novel DNA polymerases, namely: a DNA polymerase having an amino acid sequence in which the No. 651 arginine in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 12 is substituted by an amino acid with a negatively charged side chain, preferably aspartic acid or glutamic acid, more preferably glutamic acid; and a DNA polymerase having an amino acid sequence in which the No. 653 proline in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 14 is substituted by an amino acid with a negatively charged side chain, preferably aspartic acid or glutamic acid, more preferably glutamic acid.
(FR) Cette invention concerne diverses nouvelles ADN polymérases, à savoir : une ADN polymérase ayant une séquence d'acides aminés où l'arginine No. 651 dans la séquence d'acides aminés de SEQ ID No: 12 est substituée par un acide aminé ayant une chaîne latérale à charge négative, de préférence, acide aspartique ou acide glutamique, de préférence encore acide glutamique ; et une ADN polymérase ayant une séquence d'acides aminés où la proline No. 653 dans la séquence d'acides aminés de SEQ ID No: 14 est substituée par un acide aminé ayant une chaîne latérale à charge négative, de préférence, acide aspartique ou acide glutamique, de préférence encore acide glutamique.
