Provided is a method for producing an isocyanate compound from an amine compound and a carbonate compound directly or continuously without requiring the isolation/purification of a carbamate compound that is generated as an intermediate. A method for producing an isocyanate compound represented by general formula (3), comprising the steps of: (A) reacting a carbonate compound represented by general formula (1) in the presence of an enzyme; and (B) (B1) bringing the reaction product from step (A) into contact, in a liquid phase, with a catalyst that comprises at least one metal compound selected from the group consisting of an alkali metal compound and an alkali earth metal compound supported on a carrier, or (B2) bringing the reaction product from step (A) into contact, in a gas phase, with a catalyst that comprises at least one metal compound selected from the group consisting of an alkali metal compound and an alkali earth metal compound supported on a carrier and/or a porous silica.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un composé isocyanaté à partir d'un composé aminé et d'un composé carbonaté directement ou en continu sans avoir à isoler/purifier un composé carbamaté généré en tant qu'intermédiaire. La présente invention concerne, donc, un procédé de production d'un composé isocyanaté de formule générale (3), comprenant les étapes consistant : (A) à faire réagir un composé carbonaté de formule générale (1) en présence d'une enzyme ; et (B) (B1) à mettre le produit réactionnel de l'étape (A) en contact, en phase liquide, avec un catalyseur comprenant au moins un composé métallique choisi dans le groupe constitué d'un composé métallique alcalin et d'un composé métallique alcalino-terreux supporté sur un support solide, ou (B2) à mettre le produit réactionnel de l'étape (A) en contact, en phase gazeuse, avec un catalyseur comprenant au moins un composé métallique choisi dans le groupe constitué d'un composé métallique alcalin et d'un composé métallique alcalino-terreux supporté sur un support solide et/ou une silice poreuse.
