This flat cable manufacturing method maintains the form of a flat cable while preventing core wires from generating heat. This flat cable manufacturing method is a method for manufacturing a flat cable in which multiple core wires composed of twisted wires are coated with an insulating material. The flat cable manufacturing method involves: (a) a step in which, at a core wire guiding section where multiple core wire passage openings, each of which opens up into a circular shape having the same diameter as that of the circumscribing circle of the core wire, are arranged in one direction with the central axes being spaced from each other at the same distance as the diameter of the circumscribing circle of the core wire, and the internal spaces being linked together, the multiple core wires are sent through the respective core wire passage openings; and (b) a step in which the insulating material is extruded so as to cover the outer circumferences of the multiple core wires that are sent out in the step (a).

Ce procédé de fabrication de câble plat conserve la forme d'un câble plat tout en évitant que des fils internes génèrent de la chaleur. Ce procédé de fabrication de câble plat est un procédé de fabrication d'un câble plat dans lequel plusieurs fils internes composés de brins torsadés sont enrobés dans un matériau isolant. Le procédé de fabrication de câble plat comprend : (a) une étape au cours de laquelle, dans une section de guidage de fil interne où plusieurs ouvertures de passage de fil interne, dont chacune s'ouvre selon une forme circulaire ayant le même diamètre que celui du cercle limitant le fil interne, sont disposées selon une direction, les axes centraux étant espacés les uns des autres avec une distance égale au diamètre du cercle limitant le fil interne, et les espaces internes étant reliés entre eux, les multiples fils internes sont sortis à travers les ouvertures respectives de passage de fil interne ; et (b) une étape au cours de laquelle le matériau isolant est extrudé afin de recouvrir les circonférences externes des multiples fils internes qui sont sortis à l'étape (a).

 本フラットケーブルの製造方法は、芯線の発熱を抑制しつつフラットケーブルの形態を維持する。フラットケーブルの製造方法は、撚線である複数の芯線が絶縁材料により被覆されたフラットケーブルを形成する方法である。このフラットケーブルの製造方法は、(a)芯線の外接円と同じ直径で円形に開口する複数の芯線通過口部が、中心軸の間隔が芯線の外接円の直径と同じに設定されると共に内部空間を連通させて一方向に並んで設けられた芯線ガイド部において、各芯線通過口部を通じて複数の芯線を送出する工程と、(b)工程(a)で送出される複数の芯線の外周を覆う形態で絶縁材料を押出す工程とを備える。
