The invention relates to a method for calibrating sensors in a drilling apparatus provided with a movable carrier (1), a frame (2) and boom assembly (5) mounted to rotate about a turning axis vertical to the frame (2), an angle sensor (7) for measuring the turning angle of the boom assembly and gravity-based inclination sensors (8) for measuring inclination. According to the invention, the boom assembly (5) are turned in relation to the frame (2), the value of the turning angle and the inclination values provided by the inclination sensors are measured, and on the basis of the measured values, deviation of the values of the inclination sensors from the real inclination angle value are determined..

L'invention concerne un procédé qui permet d'étalonner des capteurs dans un appareil de forage équipé : d'un support mobile (1) ; d'un châssis (2) et d'un ensemble bras (5) monté de façon qu'il peut tourner autour d'un axe vertical par rapport au châssis (2) ; d'un capteur d'angle (7) destiné à mesurer l'angle de rotation de l'ensemble bras ; et de capteurs d'inclinaison gravitaires (8) destinés à mesurer l'inclinaison. Selon l'invention, on fait tourner l'ensemble bras (5) par rapport au châssis (2), on mesure la valeur de l'angle de rotation et les valeurs d'inclinaison fournies par les capteurs d'inclinaison et, sur la base des valeurs mesurées, on détermine l'écart entre les valeurs des capteurs d'inclinaison et la valeur réelle de l'angle d'inclinaison.
