Abstract
(EN)
The present invention relates to novel P-chirogenic organophosphorus compounds of general formula (I). The present invention also provides a process for the synthesis of said compounds of formula (I). The present invention also relates to intermediate products of general formulae (II), (III) and (IV), as shown below, which are involved in the synthesis of compounds (I). Further, the invention relates to metal complexes comprising compounds (I) as ligands. The novel compounds and complexes of the present invention are useful in asymmetric catalysis by transition metal complexes or organocatalysis, especially for asymmetric hydrogenation or allylation. Compounds of general formula (I) may useful as agrochemical and therapeutic substances, or as reagents or intermediates for fine chemistry.

Cette invention concerne de nouveaux composés organophosphoreux P-chirogènes de formule générale (I), ainsi qu'un procédé de synthèse desdits composés de formule (I). Elle concerne également des produits intermédiaires de formules générales (II), (III) et (IV), comme représenté ci-dessous, qui sont impliqués dans la synthèse des composés (I). Des complexes métalliques comprenant des composés (I) à titre de ligands sont en outre décrits. Les nouveaux composés et complexes selon la présente invention sont utiles en catalyse asymétrique par des complexes de type métal de transition ou organocatalyse, notamment en hydrogénation ou allylation asymétrique. Les composés de formule générale (I) peuvent être utiles à titre de substances agrochimiques et thérapeutiques, ou à titre de réactifs ou d'intermédiaires en chimie fine.
