The invention relates to an actuating element (15) of a motor vehicle gearbox for adjustment of a shifting element (16), with which said actuating element can be brought releasably into contact, wherein those sliding sections (17) of the actuating element (15) which contact the shifting element (16) during adjustment have a sliding material, wherein the sliding material contains PTFE.

La présente invention concerne un élément d'actionnement (15) d'une boîte de vitesses de véhicule à moteur, servant à régler un élément de passage de vitesse (16) avec lequel l'élément d'actionnement (15) peut être amené en contact de façon libérable.
