Abstract

A coating material having an aluminum substrate for inkjet computer-to-plate and preparation method and use of same. The composition of the coating material is: high polymer 5-40 wt%; nano-sized and/or micron-sized oxide particles 5-30 wt%; organic solvent constituting the remainder. The high polymer is selected from a minimum of one of MMA-BMA-MA terpolymer resin, phenol formaldehyde resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane, polyester, urea-formaldehyde resin, polyvinyl formal, polyvinyl butyral and gum arabic. The preparation method for obtaining the coating material is to mix the ingredients together and stir at room temperature. A spin coating method or a roll coating method is used to coat the coating material onto a clean aluminum substrate having not undergone electrolytic graining or anodic oxidation treatment, then the substrate is baked, resulting in the required roughness.

L'invention porte sur une matière de revêtement pour substrat en aluminium destiné à un système d'écriture directe des plaques à jet d'encre. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation et l'utilisation de ladite matière de revêtement. La matière de revêtement selon l'invention possède la composition suivante : de 5 à 40 pour cent en poids de haut polymère, de 5 à 30 pour cent en poids de particules d'oxyde de taille nanométrique ou de l'ordre du micron, le reste étant constitué d'un solvant organique. Le haut polymère est choisi entre, au minimum, une résine terpolymère MMA-BMA-MA, une résine phénol formaldéhyde, une résine époxyde, un polyuréthane, un polyester, une résine urée-formaldéhyde, un formal de polyvinyle, un butyrale de polyvinyle et une gomme arabique. Le procédé de préparation permettant d'obtenir la matière de revêtement consiste à mélanger et agiter les ingrédients à température ambiante. L'on recourt à une technique de dépôt par rotation ou de revêtement au rouleau pour déposer la matière de revêtement sur un substrat en aluminium propre n'ayant pas subi de traitement de grainage élecrolytique ni d'oxydation anodique et l'on cuit ensuite le substrat afin d'obtenir la rugosité nécessaire.

一种用于喷墨打印直接制版用铝版基的涂料及其制备方法和应用。该涂料的组成为:高分子聚合物5-40wt%;纳米级和/或微米级氧化物颗粒5-30wt%;有机溶剂余量,该高分子聚合物选自三甲树脂、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、聚氨酯、聚酯、脲醛树脂、聚乙烯醇缩甲醛、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛和阿拉伯树胶中的至少一种。该涂料的制备方法是将各组分混合,室温搅拌来获得。该涂料直接采用旋涂法或者辊涂法涂覆到清洗干净且不经过电解砂目化及阳极氧化处理的铝版上,烘干,形成需要的粗糙度。
